Kutajärvi Birdwatching Tower
A peaceful nature trail starts right from the lower yard of EnjoyNature Resort and takes you to the Kutajärvi birdwatching tower. The walk is about 1.2 kilometers one way.
This quiet lakeside spot is a true paradise for bird lovers: over 200 species have been spotted here, including rare southern visitors like the great egret, black redstart, little crake, and white-winged tern.
The trail begins at the edge of the field next to the lower yard and follows the right-hand side of the field – the kotalaavu shelter will be on your left. Just follow the signs guiding you to the tower.
The trail takes you across open fields and through a lush forest. Along the way, you’ll not only enjoy the beauty of Finnish nature but also walk through an area rich in Bronze Age history, archaeological finds have been made here.
Whether you’re a seasoned birder or just curious about local wildlife, this easy hike is a perfect way to slow down and connect with nature.

After rain, we recommend rubber boots. In dry weather, the trail is easily walkable without the risk of getting wet.
