Our spacious rooms make it easy to settle in comfortably, with plenty of space for equipment, golf bags and luggage. Shared lounge areas provide a relaxed place to unwind after a round, talk through the day’s highlights and plan the next one together.

Guests can also prepare light snacks in the shared kitchens. The resort also features a small gym and two laundry rooms.

The day starts with a generous breakfast, and for larger groups lunch or other meals can be arranged in advance. The peaceful natural surroundings create a calm atmosphere, and after a round of golf the evening can continue by the fire at our traditional kota shelter.

Messilä Golf is located just a short 10-minute drive from EnjoyNature, near the city of Lahti, making transfers quick and easy.

Messilä Golf – a classic course in the Salpausselkä landscape

Set in the scenic ridge terrain of Salpausselkä, Messilä Golf is a characterful and classic course. Its varied layout offers an enjoyable challenge for both beginners and experienced players. The natural landscape and elevation changes make every round interesting and rewarding.

The course dates back to the 1980s and has been developed steadily over the decades. A later master plan introduced more strategy and flow to the course, bringing it in line with the expectations of modern golf.
This long-term development has established Messilä Golf as one of the respected courses in Southern Finland. Over the years, the course has also hosted several international competitions.
